A familiar Buckhead rental tower is quietly getting a second act as a for-sale condo building, with price tags that undercut much of Peachtree Road’s glossy skyline. Developer Crescent Heights is converting the 17-story building at 2460 Peachtree Road into Panorama Buckhead Residences, rolling out renovated one- and two-bedroom homes with introductory prices in the low $300,000s.
