Evelyn Cruz Perez, 19, of Norcross, and Edward Jashawn Anthony, 23, of Alpharetta, are accused of forcing their way into a woman’s apartment at 1650 Anderson Mill Road in Austell, in the Alta Mill Apartments, and stealing the victim’s television on Jan. 18 at 9:16 p.m., according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Police Department.
Perez raised a keychain-mounted canister of pepper spray and discharged it on the victim through the opening in the door. Anthony then pushed the apartment door open, hitting the victim’s left ankle with it. After stealing the television, the pair fled the scene, according to the warrant.
Perez and Anthony are charged with robbery force; and battery – visible harm. Perez and Anthony were both arrested on Feb. 13 at 8:12 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
