ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — The Georgia Department of Transportation will begin construction on 16 miles of tolled express lanes on Georgia 400 Monday.
The tolled express lanes will run northbound and southbound from the North Springs MARTA station to McFarland Parkway, a 16-mile stretch.
