COBB COUNTY, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — An 88-year-old Cobb County woman says a ride service concierge company marketed to help seniors has repeatedly left her waiting outside in freezing temperatures and caused her to miss doctor appointments.
Rosa Robinson was born with a congenital left hip, but that’s never stopped her from keeping busy at church and the senior center.
