Warrant: Powder Springs man shoots brother in torso with shotgun

Terrence Deshawn Jemison, of Powder Springs, is accused of shooting his brother in the the torso with a 12-gauge shotgun on March 13 at 1:07 a.m. at a residence at 3230 Palomino Drive in Powder Springs, according to an arrest warrant from the Powder Springs Police Department.

Jemison and his brother became involved in a verbal altercation. When the argument became heated, Jemison retrieved and fired the 12-gauge shotgun at his brother. He then fled the residence before police arrived.

It is illegal for Jemison to possess the shotgun because he was convicted of a felony, possession with intent – cocaine, on Oct. 10, 2006, in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, according to the warrant…
