Authorities have launched a homicideinvestigation after a 34-year-old pregnant mother was found shot in her vehicle during Tuesday evening’s rush hour on Interstate 75.
Atlanta Police Department officers responded to reports of a person shot at approximately 6:15 p.m. along the northbound lanes of I-75, near the North Central Avenue SW exit and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered Bianca Huntley suffering from critical injuries.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Huntley died from a gunshot wound involving her arm and torso. While the victim was discovered on the highway, investigators do not believe the shooting originated there…
