St. Benedict’s Episcopal School purchases Smyrna property for campus expansion

St. Benedict’s Episcopal School announced it purchased a 5-acre property at the corner of Daniel Street and Cooper Lake Road in Smyrna, just north of their main campus.

The total cost of the purchase was about $3 million, the school said.

The school said in a press release that the property will be developed for green spaces, outdoor learning environments and community gathering areas for students, parents, faculty and staff. It also hopes that the property will eventually become home to a middle school campus…
