DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. — A Douglasville woman says she is moving her father out of a nursing facility after what she describes as repeated concerns over his care.
Kim Conyers says her father has lived at the Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing for about two years. Since then, she says conditions at the facility have worsened.
