Bravo Park Opens In Allen, Anchoring Sloan Corners’ $3 Billion Development

Allen’s newest public gathering space is preparing to welcome its first celebration. Bravo Park, the central green space within Billingsley Company’s Sloan Corners development, will officially celebrate its grand opening on June 20.

The park at 785 Bravo Park Drive sits within a development that, when fully built out, will span roughly 480 acres and carry an estimated $3 billion price tag. The long-term plan includes residential communities, retail, restaurants and office space woven around preserved natural areas.

A Park Designed As The Centerpiece

At the center of Sloan Corners is a growing North Texas trend of building public spaces first and developing the community around them. Billingsley Company Founder and Principal Lucy Billingsley said the approach focuses on experience rather than structures.
