Third Lawsuit Filed Against Frisco Daycare as Family Alleges 3-Year-Old Girl Was Yanked, Shoved and Yelled At by Caregiver

FRISCO, Pennsylvania — A third family has taken legal action against a Frisco daycare, alleging their 3-year-old daughter was physically mistreated by a caregiver inside the classroom while management failed to intervene after learning about the incidents. The latest lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal claims involving Kids ‘R’ Kids of Lawler Farm and its handling of children in a classroom during 2024.

The lawsuit, filed this week in Collin County by the Dallas-based Button Law Firm, follows two earlier lawsuits filed in March and May that accused caregivers of using inappropriate physical force and prohibited disciplinary practices with young children.

Third family joins growing legal battle

According to the newly filed complaint, the girl’s mother was not only a parent but also previously worked as the daycare’s curriculum coordinator, making her the first plaintiff who had both professional and personal ties to the facility.
