ABILENE, Texas — The Wylie Fastpitch Softball Association has been sent a notice of termination of its facility use agreement by the City of Abilene after Wylie Softball lost its United States Specialty Sports Association sanction.
Some of the conditions the city says must be met before the agreement can be reinstated include Wylie Softball regaining its USSSA sanction, the removal of its current officers and an audit of all financial records.
The Wylie Fastpitch Softball Association has been active for more than 25 years.
