2025 Lewisville (Tex.) offensive tackle Michael Fasusi is one of the best players in the country for this upcoming recruiting cycle.
The 6-foot-5, 306-pound tackle was scheduled to visit Oregon this weekend, but with that trip being pushed back, he spoke with Ducks Digest about the latest in his recruitment.
He addressed the change in his visit plans for this weekend and where the Ducks stand in his recruitment.
“It wasn’t nothing crazy,” Fasusi said of the change in visit plans. “The O-line coach, Coach (A’lique) Terry actually he texted me and was like we’re probably going out towards spring ball. He wants me to see the players practice and all that. Oregon is still on the high list for sure.”
There definitely appears to be strong mutual interest here between Fasusi and the Ducks, as a pair of Oregon coaches stopped by to pay him a visit at school on Tuesday.
“Coach (Dan) Lanning and Coach (Will) Stein actually came to see me today. It was really fun meeting those guys. Had a lot of great things to say.”
