PROVIDENCE VILLAGE, TX – (WBAP/KLIF) – Authorities are investigating the cause of an industrial accident that left one person dead, and two others to the hospital. The accident took place at a water tower on main street in providence village just north of highway 380 in Denton county. Two contractors were working on improvements at the water tower, until something went wrong.
