Denton police investigate suspicious death of 44-year-old woman, needs public’s help

Denton police are asking for the public’s help with information related to a suspicious death of a 44-year-old woman whose body was discovered in a shed Jan. 17, according to a late Friday afternoon press release.

Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman as Melonie Frye but has yet to determine the cause of death, Denton police said.
