Brave swimmers will take the frigid dive into Vanston Pool in just one week, on February 3rd, to raise funds for Special Olympics Texas, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities. The event is a partnership between Special Olympics Texas and Mesquite Parks and Rec, as reported by the Mesquite Police Department.
