Officials transported Tyler Bromley, 43, of Rockwall, to the Hopkins County Jail, where they booked him on a murder charge. They arrested Bromley in Rockwall on a Hopkins County warrant accusing him of delivering drugs laced with fentanyl to a Hopkins County woman who died of an overdose. A new Texas law signed in September allows charging a person with murder if they supply fentanyl that results in a death.
