Pilot Point breaks ground on new fire station ahead of development boom

PILOT POINT — Pilot Point broke ground Thursday morning on its second fire station, meant to serve the thousands of homes currently under construction — and more to come — in the city’s southeast territories.

“We’re not just building a structure,” Fire Chief Heath Hudson said. “We’re building the future of public safety and community service.”
