GARLAND, Texas – The doors at the Garland DMV Mega Center were closed Wednesday morning after a report of a suspicious person, officials said. Employees with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Driver License Division alerted police after they saw a person wearing a ski mask and carrying a gun walking in the parking lot.
