GARLAND, Texas – Three individuals were arrested after allegedly stealing approximately $10,000 worth of copper cable and leading Garland Police in a vehicle pursuit.On August 7, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Garland Police received a report of a theft in progress near Belt Line Road and Wagon Wheel, according to the Garland Police Department.
