DEL RIO, Texas – A McKinney man has been sentenced to 30 months in federal prison for conspiracy to transport undocumented noncitizens. According to court documents, Draivon Rashon Dixon, 33, approached a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint near Carrizo Springs in an SUV on July 26, 2022. Agents discovered three undocumented noncitizens attempting to conceal themselves in the vehicle, along with a 9mm pistol and 18 rounds of ammunition. Dixon was found guilty by a jury on January 18, 2023.
