A new luxury apartment community has opened in the Frisco Square area of the booming Collin County city. Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Apartment Living, the rental subsidiary of Toll Brothers Inc., has partner with Equity Residential to open Remy at 5775 Blairview St. in Frisco. The project features 357 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Remy’s construction began in 2022 and was financed by a $55.6 million construction loan from Santander Bank NA.
