Boat enthusiasts and weekend picnickers rejoice with moderate enthusiasm. Lake Park, which has been off-limits for the bulk of the summer, is edging back to life this weekend. According to the City of Lewisville, Lake Park will partially reopen after abnormally high water levels in Lewisville Lake forced the park’s closure. However, it’s not yet time for a full-on invasion of sun shelters and Frisbees; the re-opening comes with a handful of restrictions.
