Three men arrested on Denton murder warrants after a fatal shooting in May were instead indicted by a Denton County grand jury on different charges Tuesday.
Riley Clowers, 24, of Sanger, Zachary Lowe, 34, of North Richland Hills and Daniel Butureza, 31, of Newark were arrested after their alleged conspiracy to repossess a truck turned deadly.
