Sewer line improvements are set for Plano Parkway. (Michael Crouchley/Community Impact) An improvement project for Plano’s sewer system is anticipated to get underway soon. Plano City Council approved nearly $14.4 million to replace portions of a sewer line running parallel to parts of Plano Parkway at the Aug. 26 meeting. The project is expected to begin in September, said Clay Lipscomb, Community Investment Program Engineering Manager.
