PLANO, Texas (KWTX) – UPDATE: She has been located safe. The Plano Police Department is currently searching for a critical missing juvenile. Catalina Carpenter, 17, was reported missing midday Aug. 30. She was last seen near the intersection of Corinthian Bay Dr. at Winding Hollow Ln. in Plano at approximately 12:50 p.m.
