Residents of Rockwall County should note an upcoming closure that’ll impact those needing services from the County Clerk’s Office Land and Vitals Department. According to Rockwall County, the department will not be operational on Friday, September 13th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to facilitate a critical software conversion process deemed essential for service enhancements.
