When others are sound asleep, Neil Turner is probably already out on the water. A Coppell native since 1984, Turner is the director of operations at Tailwater Fly Fishing. When he was handed a fly-fishing rod as a kid, he was instantly hooked, sparking a new passion. He turned this passion for fishing into a job when he heard about a potential career opportunity with Tailwater in 2019. Turner aims to provide his guests with the necessary knowledge and equipment for any fishing voyage. When he’s not casting out for his next catch, you can find him enjoying his family’s company.
