The City of Carrollton is once again set to celebrate our furry friends with the annual Pooch Pool Party. Scheduled for Saturday, September 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex (1334 E. Rosemeade Parkway) will open its doors to dogs looking to make a splash and escape the heat.
