North Texas is growing exponentially, with many of Dallas’ suburbs becoming more and more popular. A recent study revealed that several North Texas cities are among the fastest growing, with home values remaining under $500,000. According to a study by GoBankingRates, Lewisville, Waxahachie, Midlothian and Wylie are among the top 50. GOBankingRates analyzed key data, including population changes from 2020 to 2022, and identified cities with a population increase of 9% or more during that period.
