An area just off a Dallas freeway has been blocked off for hours after a chase with Richardson police left one person dead. The pursuit ended near U.S. Highway 75 and Esperanza Road in North Dallas. NBC 5 has learned the deceased was a suspect in a Kaufman County murder investigation.
