HOWE, Texas (KXII) – Former police chief Carl Hudman is suing the city of Howe after he was terminated in July, seeking damages between $250,000 and $1,000,000. It all started back in June 2023 when, according to the lawsuit, a victim in an assault case complained to the Howe police department after she was confronted by her alleged assaulter about her report.
