Collett tallies 25 assists

SULPHUR BLUFF — The Sulphur Bluff Lady Bears suffered their third consecutive loss Tuesday, falling in four sets to the Whitewright Lady Tigers at home. In a game where the first three sets were all closely fought, a late surge by the Lady Tigers put them over the top, handing the Lady Bears a bitter loss.

The first set opened up with the Lady Bears establishing a 4-1 lead. From there, the Lady Tigers caught fire, going on an 11-4 scoring run, establishing a 12-8 lead.

The Lady Bears would then fight back with an 8-4 scoring run, knotting the score up at 16-16. They then added three straight points, giving them a 19-16 lead.
