With students from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD and Richardson ISD, Capital One set a Guinness World Record by hosting the most participants to complete an online financial literacy lesson within 24 hours. On Sept. 24, 2024, Capital One hosted 450 students for a world record challenge. Community members were also encouraged to participate in the record attempt virtually by taking the Khan Academy course, supported by Capital One, from anywhere, at any time during the 24-hour challenge window.
