FRISCO, Texas – Frisco police have arrested a man who failed to identify himself and later evaded officers on foot. On Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at approximately 1:13 p.m., a Frisco Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Preston Road and Stonebrook Parkway on a vehicle that ran a red light.
