COLLIN COUNTY, Texas (KXII) – The Collin County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in connection with an ongoing homicide investigation. According to a press release, Mark Horak, 65, was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the investigation into the death of a man who was found dead at Horak’s McKinney home in July.
