Man accused of double murder in Denton stands in trial this week

One of two men believed to be behind a double murder in Denton is standing trial this week.

Benjamin Paul Teal, 30, is accused of taking part in the shooting deaths of a man and woman in a Denton apartment parking lot last year. The victims, a man and a woman, where both gunned down in a car. If convicted of the charge, Teal will get a mandatory prison term of life without parole.
