The first homes in Centurion American Development Group’s highly anticipated new Collin Creek master-planned community in Plano are ready to hit the market. The $1 billion project on the site of the old Collin Creek Mall will feature 500 single-family homes, 2,300 multifamily units, and 300 independent-living residences – with move-in dates as early as this month.
