TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – An arrest affidavit has shed new light on a recent Tyler murder.
Jorian Raklyn Nashun Jackson, 29, of Plano, is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Cheyenne Russell, 26, of Nacogdoches, on Jan. 6. According to an arrest affidavit KLTV requested from Smith County, one of Russell’s children witnessed and described the murder to police.
The document says the murder was called in by Russell’s roommate at the Bellwood Lake Apartments. She told investigators that she had helped Russell and her two children, the younger of which was Jackson’s, move in the day before. She left the apartment in the early morning on the day of the murder…
