Disagreement between romantic rivals leads to deadly southeast Oak Cliff shooting

DALLAS The man accused of fatally shooting another man in southeast Oak Cliff over the weekend allegedly did so after his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend threw a drink at the side of his car.

Dallas police were called to a shooting on S. Lancaster Road, near Simpson Stuart Road, shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Officers found 23-year-old Donald Daniels had been shot at the location.
