Billy Chemirmir is considered one of the most prolific serial killers in Texas history.
The alleged murderer is suspected of smothering 22 elderly women between ages 76 and 94 in retirement homes in the Dallas area between 2016 and 2018. Many of the vulnerable old women were understood to have died of natural causes, though notably were missing jewelry, until authorities became suspicious in December 2017.
