P rosper’s downtown culinary scene is about to get a whole lot more flavorful. On a chilly February evening, Local Profile attended a Sip and See event hosted by Alora Hospitality Group, marking the kickoff for a new dining destination: 1902 Prosper.
Located at 209 W. Broadway Street, the space — formerly Prosper Wine House and across from The Gin — is set to undergo extensive renovations before its summer debut. The name 1902 honors the year Prosper was founded, connecting the restaurant to the town’s rich history.
