Sulphur Springs Man Arrested for Drug Possession After Traffic Stop
SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas – A Sulphur Springs man was arrested after a routine traffic stop led to the discovery of illegal drugs on March 17, 2025.
According to the Sulphur Springs Police Department , officers conducted a traffic stop on West Shannon Road due to a moving violation. The driver, identified as 38-year-old David Bryan Kull , was questioned by officers.
