Trenton Man Sentenced to Maximum Prison Term for Fatal DWI Crash in Fannin County

FANNIN COUNTY, Texas – A Trenton man has been sentenced to the maximum prison term following a fatal DWI crash that claimed the life of his 8-year-old daughter and severely injured his two other children.

According to prosecutors, Kyle Scott Wilson, 38, was driving at excessive speeds on State Highway 121 on October 14, 2024, when he lost control of his vehicle while intoxicated.
