Commerce Narcotics Bust Leads to Multiple Arrests and Drug Seizures

COMMERCE, TX – A coordinated investigation by the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office, Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office, and the Commerce Police Department has led to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of a significant quantity of illegal narcotics in the Commerce area.

The investigation began in January 2025 after authorities received reports of methamphetamine being distributed from a residence on Washington Street. On March 26, a search warrant was executed at the property, resulting in the arrest of Mary Dean , 73. Officers discovered approximately 130 grams of methamphetamine and 5 grams of cocaine during the search.

Additional suspects, identified as Antonio Davis (29) , also known as “Dusty,” and Brooklyn Barton (22) , were allegedly involved in distributing multiple controlled substances including methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, and marijuana…
