Unless they have a warrant, you can deny police entry to your home and you can totally tell them to leave your property. Sometimes they don’t need the warrant though …
If you want the Po-Po off your property in Texas, (or any other state), all you have to do is, (politely), tell them to split. Unless they’re aware of a crime being committed, about to be committed or they’re actually arresting someone; they have to leave.
You also have the right to order them out of, or deny them entry into, your house. They can come in with a warrant of course but there are situations where they don’t have to have one…
