Live homemade explosive devices found in woods near North Texas park, police say

Bomb technicians defused several live homemade explosive devices that were found next to an open suitcase near a North Texas park on Sunday, authorities said.

Now, FBI investigators and working with Garland police detectives to find out how the explosives got there and who they belong to.
