Gas prices dodge tariff price hike concerns, fall again across Texas

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – The latest analysis report from GasBuddy shows gasoline prices have continued to fall across Texas and much of the nation.

The Lone Star State’s prices at the pump dropped an average of 9 cents across the state to $2.65 per gallon, continuing a trend that GasBuddy head of petroleum analysis Patrick De Haan said could end soon.

“The national average has seen its second straight weekly decline, with gas prices falling in over 40 states. However, some states have seen increases due to localized price cycling,” De Haan said. ”With oil prices rallying over the past week, we may start to see the downward trend in gas prices begin to stall.”…
