DALLAS — Polls are open for early voting for the June 7 runoff elections in North Texas.
Two Dallas city council seats, the McKinney mayor seat, and a city council seat there, a Fort Worth city council seat, a couple of DeSoto city council seats, and an Irving city council seat are among the races that went to runoffs that will appear on ballots in North Texas.
