Flamant, the latest venture from Walkabout Hospitality Group, is nestled along the Boardwalk at Granite Park. This lively bar and bistro enliven the spirit of Spain and France to life with open-fire cooking, crave-worthy cocktails, and a lively atmosphere.
Flamant offers a delicious lineup of shareable starters, vibrant entrées, and indulgent desserts. There is a special caviar service and a charcuterie board. Highlights include Faux Gras, wood-fired Wagyu ribeye, steamed mussels, ocean trout, and chicken. Start with smaller plates like Beef Tartare or Octupus.
