A Lewisville man is confirmed deceased while his wife remains missing as a result of massive flooding along the Guadalupe River in Kerr County.
Eric Steele confirmed on Facebook that his brother-in-law, Jeff Ramsey, was found deceased, and his sister, Tanya Ramsey, is still missing.
